Policy Privacy 

I. General Agreements  

1. The privacy policy specifies how Users' personal data necessary to provide electronic services via the website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) are collected, processed and stored.

2. The website collects only personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered therein. 

3. Personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

III. Purpose of collecting personal data 

1. Personal data is used for the following purposes: to register an account and verify the User's identity, to enable logging in to the Website, to perform the contract regarding services and e-services, to communicate with the User (livechat, contact form, etc.) to send the newsletter (after expressing the User's consent to receiving it), about running a comment system, about providing social services, about promoting the Administrator's offer, about marketing, remarketing, affiliation, about personalization of the Website for Users, about analytical and statistical activities, about debt collection, about arrangements and investigations claims or defense against them. 

2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Website.

IV. Type of personal data processed The Administrator may process the User's personal data: name and surname, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number. 

V. Personal data processing period Users' personal data will be processed for the period: • when the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract - until the limitation period for claims after its execution, • when the basis for data processing is consent - until its revocation, and after the consent is revoked until the limitation period expires claims. In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to running a business - 3 years (unless a specific provision provides otherwise). 

VI. Sharing personal data 

1. Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities related to the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies handling e-payments, companies providing courier/postal services, law firms. 

2. Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). 

VII. User Rights 

1. The Website User has the right to: access the content of his/her personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer it, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent). before it is withdrawn).

VIII. Cookies 

1. The website collects information using cookies - session, permanent and external cookies. 

2. Collecting cookies supports the correct provision of services on the Website and is used for statistical purposes. 

3. The user can specify the scope of cookie access to his device in the browser settings. 

IX. Automated decision-making and profiling 

1. Users' data cannot be processed in an automated manner so that any decisions could be made about them as a result. 

2. Users' data may be profiled in order to adjust the content and personalize the offer after they express their consent.

X. Final provisions 

1. The Administrator has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, but Users' rights will not be limited. 

2. Information about the changes introduced will appear in the form of a message available on the Website.
